Adv. MD Maluleke is a justice-driven Counsel committed to delivering fair, ethical, and effective legal services. He is a member of the Legal Practice Council under the jurisdiction of the Gauteng Legal Practice Council, the South African Bar Association, and Oxford Chambers. His practice is governed by the Code of Conduct established under the Legal Practice Act 28 of 2014, as amended.

Labour law remains his primary area of expertise and has been a defining part of his legal career from the outset. He has advised and represented municipalities on labour matters, as well as municipal managers and senior managers reporting to municipal managers.

With extensive experience in labour and employment law, Adv. Maluleke also acts as an independent and impartial chairperson in disciplinary and grievance hearings. He also advises businesses and organisations on employment contracts, disciplinary and grievance policies, collective agreements, retrenchment consultations, collective bargaining, settlement negotiations, and dispute resolution processes aimed at preventing or resolving strikes, picketing, lockouts, and protest action.

In addition to labour law, Adv. Maluleke undertakes work in civil litigation, legal research, motion court proceedings, urgent applications, and disputes relating to deceased estates and the validity of marriages. He appears in various civil courts and tribunals, including the Magistrates’ Courts, High Court, Labour Court, and Labour Appeal Court, where he is recognised for his strong advocacy and courtroom presentation skills.
